Consist of 2-6 people. We work on the mat, rollers, and rotate through all the equipment. It is strongly encouraged to do at least 3 privates but preferably 10 before entering a class. This is to learn the equipment and the basic movement principals so you are in sync with the group and the class can flow. Most importantly it is so you know you have begun the process to know your own body. The classes are catered to the group. You may also create your own group class with friends that have similar movement goals or skills. Set a class time that accommodates your group. Liz Ann loves to incorporate play into the learning of healthy movement for her classes.
